Training and EducationStock Purchase ProgramEmployee Discount ProgramJob DetailsDUTIESLead the profit planning process, which includes developing plan assumptions and templates for all functions of the organization and compiling a comprehensive financial planning model which will serve as the basis for the financial plan presented to Senior Management and the Board of Directors for final approval.
Develop and present financial analysis and recommendations for the company's strategic initiatives to support the decision-making process by various levels of company Management.
Interpret and present financial analysis of monthly and quarterly results versus plan and prior year.
Prepare and present financial projections as requested by senior management.
Implement and present new financial models and reporting on an ad-hoc basis for issues and proposals brought to the attention of Finance.
Support in the design, installation, configuration, security and maintenance of highly recognized financial modeling software.
Manage financial modeling software databaseEstablish and maintain database policies and standardsGenerate database schema definitions and modifications as requiredPlan and coordinate data refreshes from one environment to anotherMonitor database system details within the database and implement efficiency improvementsDevelop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databasesEstablish and administer appropriate end-user database access control levelsDevelop desktop procedure documentation for end users to facilitate best practices database usePerform periodic data validation auditsEstablish and maintain financial planning workflows/processes within the financial modeling softwareCreate, or support creation of, required reports and ad-hoc reporting as needed by various business unitsPrepare competitive analysis providing Senior Management reporting that identifies the company's position relative to profitability and market share in the composite decking industry.
Continually look for reporting automation opportunities and identify key areas for increased team efficiency.
Assist on cross-functional, system-heavy initiatives, such as data consolidation or new processes.
Assist as necessary in the completion of financial processing duties such as quarter close-out, including accruals and re-classes.

ExperienceA bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics is required; a Master of Business Administration is preferred.
Five-to-10 years of prior experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment, along with a strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
