Service Account Executive Primary Purpose:
Market company's full service offering by acquiring new business and prospecting new customers, focusing on preventative maintenance service contract sales and new customer acquisitions.
Specific Job Duties:
New business to business sales and account management of customers within the healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial settings.
Ability to position Riddleberger Brothers, Inc (a Comfort Systems USA company) as the premier mechanical service provider Follow safety guidelines and policies in support of the company safety program Maintain records of sales and customer information Create a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas Manage the sales process from prospecting to securing preventative maintenance agreements Sell RBI services at a level that supports the annual gross margin goal Achieve mutually agreed upon annual sales targets and outcomes Develop and maintain multiple relationships within customer's organizations to ensure future opportunities Formal education, certifications and/or experience required:
Must possess strong sales and communication skills Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus 1-3 years of B2B sales experience Physical Requirements:
Ability to drive alone to customer accounts and job sites daily Ability to pass a full background and drug screen Ability to pass a physical assessment Other Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
