Responsibilities:

Assisting with Repetitive Tasks:
Support the experienced agent with administrative and repetitive tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient execution of deals.

Market Research:

Deal Coordination:
Assist in coordinating deal activities, including property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other industry professionals, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness to inquiries.

Financial Analysis:
