We will provide training to help you learn how to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate car safety systems, and provide excellent service that leaves a lasting impression.

Once you are on the job, your pay will be evaluated every six months to ensure that you are rewarded for your outstanding performance!As a Technician Trainee, you will:
Get paid to learn and train the Safelite way, through a combination of hands-on and classroom training, including:
Installing and repairing auto glassRecalibrating automotive safety systemsProviding additional services and productsStudy and pass tests to become a Safelite-certified Technician, demonstrating your proficiency in installations, a positive attitude, and the techniques you have learned.
Safely operate a company vehicle and use company-issued tools throughout the workday.
What you will get:
Competitive weekly pay starting at $20.
75/hour, increasing to $22.
50/hour after training and certification.
Earn $5 for each set of wiper blades you add for customer safety.
Potential for promotion in your first year! Earn up to $25/hour as a Senior Tech and up to $28.
75/hour as a Master Tech.
Your level as a technician will be determined by your performance in terms of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
A benefits package valued at more than $10,000.
This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.
Program to buy additional paid time off or sell any unused time, up to 16 hours.
Up to $5,250 of annual tuition reimbursement.
