Summary
The idea candidate will focus on operational management, optimize the Epicor ERO and lead the growth of the IT infrastructure and systems.

Purpose:
Lead the organization's efforts to optimize hardware and software databases of the newly installed Epicor ERP to ensure full functionality and seamless usage
Director's Job Duties and Requirements:
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
Work with department managers to address and resolve any open issues related to the Epicor installation
Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems
Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources
Keep current with the latest technologies and advise senior management on the best use of new technologies
