The Value Stream Materials Manager will work with the Director of Materials to develop materials functional excellence and lean flow and provide leadership and support on issues of materials management to plants within the value stream.
Create innovative solutions and create an environment of continuous improvement.
Set guidelines for safety stock levels that are in alignment with materials functional excellence and lean flow.
Take an active role in developing and executing implementation plans.
Ability to use technology to become a functional MRP expert and implement inventory management strategies and recommend value stream inventory plans.
Monitor inventory levels at the plant and value stream level.
Monitor order and receipt levels for both raw materials and WIP.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business or related field. MBA a plus.
APICS CPIM certification.
Minimum 15 years of materials management experience in a multi-plant environment.
Experience in managing complex MRP/ERP systems (process flow and transactional flow).
Track record of successful project management and team leadership.
Experience with Lean manufacturing processes.
Experience in developing and implementing inventory plans in a SKU intensive environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and Access.
Management style must be consistent with and support current company vision and principles (teamwork; quality, service & value, continuous improvement, etc).
Experience with demand/supply management, statistical math calculations, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
