Registration Specialist performs registration duties including greeting and assisting patients in an efficient, professional manner.

? High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
? Computer or data entry experience preferred.
? Must have strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and mathematical calculations.
? Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with conflict situations.
? Must be willing to travel to all Urgent Care Clinics.
? The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information needed in order to provide care for the age group of patients served.
? Criminal Background checks (as applicable to state) include:
? VA State Police
? 3rd party Background Check
? WV State Police Fingerprinting

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
