Develop and implement strategies to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities across the organization
Develop and monitor budgets, financial business plans and forecasts
Identify and resolve complex financial reporting issues as needed
Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
Supervise accounting and finance staff
Annual audits and tax reporting

Prior Supervisory Experience
A broad-based knowledge of GAAP
Strong MS Excel skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
